At sight –

Precipitation of solids.

After shaking the bottle and the solids are removed there is the appropriate hue of warm chocolate. 

Opacity, turbidity and density are appropriate for a chocolate liqueur

 To the Nose -

A peculiar aromatic touch of chocolate,  same which become more intense by shaking the glass.

The character of tequila and agave nectar is appreciated, having harmony between the right level of alcohol and the aromatic touch of chocolate and milk, tequila and agave nectar.

 To the mouth -

Aromas of chocolate, tequila character and agave sweetness of nectar are confirmed.  An adequate level of sweetness, not cloying but achieves and maintains a good balance with the taste of tequila.  The finish is long and very pleasant, with a lingering flavor of chocolate.
